In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Marisol Cantina of Fremantle, Western Australia.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse the site and use it to book a table or send us a message. In return, you agree to use it honestly and lawfully. Please don't:

• submit false or misleading details in a form,
• use the booking or contact forms to send spam, abusive, or unlawful content,
• try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, or
• copy or reuse our content for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

Bookings and enquiries

When you fill in the booking form, you're sending us a request for a table, not a guaranteed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once we reply to confirm it. We may not be able to accommodate every request, especially at busy times.

We'll do our best to hold your table, and we ask the same courtesy in return: if your plans change, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the table to someone else. Menu items, prices, hours, and availability shown on this site can change, and the dishes we serve depend on the season and the day's catch.

Our content

The text, images, branding, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share the site, but please don't reproduce, sell, or pass off our content as your own without asking us first.
